Mounting an amiga in a ATX Tower?

hi i have everything i need to mount my 1200 in an atx tower.so found a tower that would fit the 1200 in but nothing to secure the it to the tower any ideas ?

A1200T: M1230XA 50Mhz 68030 w/64mb,DVDRom, 80gb hdd, Realtek LAN Card, Mediator LT4 + Radeon 9250 128mb(used for fast ram), Spider USB Card, Voodoo 3 3000 OS 3.9 +bb 1-3

the psu isnt the prioblem as i have an at power cable 1200
its actually put the 1200 in place inside the tower and secureing it in so it doesnt move or break?

so if i drill another hole for the top right corner mount it this way with the standoffs underneath the board and the insulation layer under the board also and secure the back of the board with a stick of wood (cut to the correct size)would that be ok?
