Problems with ASB Computer ?

hi just want to know if any of you have had any problems with ASB Computer as i have purchased an amiga 1200 at power lead for connecting an at psu to my miggy and never recieved it. it was bought on the 8th of april?

i have just logged into my account for ASB Computer and the item i purchased is still in the basket yet the payment has gone out of my paypal account?

how do i fix that then?

i would call them but my phone bill will be sky high as i live in the uk?

if i go through it all again will i be billed twice?

i have tryed e-mailing them several times and i get the same message back which says "A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed" all i want to do is put my a1200 in a tower.

ive managed to get an e-mail sent just hope i hear back froim them?

hi every one after e-mailing them i got a response from them a few days ago and i recieved it this morning.....yeeha tower conversion on almost complete.
