Hmm.. looks like the original hd install-guide is removed.
Wel.. nothing a little googling can't fix :-D
I found two links

here that might be usefull. I haven't tried these myself though. I used the original description on amithlon.net some time ago. The first link looks the most like it, the seconds claims to automate the process a bit more.
