Hello

I've just received two PPC accelerators (Blizzard for my A1200 desktop and CyberstormPPC for my A4000 desktop)
I can help you with the Blizzard PPC.

So, my questions are:

1. Both systems have 16GB CF cards installed. In what way should they be partitioned? I currently have a 1GB 'Workbench' partition, 1GB 'Apps' partition and the remainder as a 'Games' partition. I would like to keep it reasonably similar if possible from the 3.9 point of view but maybe I need to rethink this a little. I would like the default OS to be 3.9.
You can't use the onboard scsi on BPPC with OS4.0 (it doesn't include a driver), you have to use the internal IDE or get a Fast-ATA (or similar) as i did. I always make the first partition >2GB just in case.

2. What tool should I use to partition? When doing a new install I usually use HDToolbox on the 3.1 install disk to create 'Workbench' and 'Apps' then create the 'Games' partition once 3.9 is up and running. I usually install 3.9 over 3.1 as I never had any luck with the Emergency Boot Disk.
2. Do I install 3.9 or 4.0 first?
You could first install OS4.0 and partition the CF with PartitionWizard for both OS3.9 & 4.0. But don't touch the OS4.0 partitions later with OS 3.9 HDToolBox (it COULD fuck up the partitions, not sure though).

3. With the 060, can I install 3.1 like I usually do or not? I seem to remember reading that the 68060.library was needed or nothing would work. Not planning on installing 3.1 (just 3.9/4.0) but was wondering all the same.
You can install 3.1 normally, see your PM :-)

Any tips greatly appreciated as I'm definitely beyond my 'comfort' zone here :( My apologies if my questions are noobish or technically stupid but hopefully the replies will clear it all up for me :)

Thanks
