A100 label on my cd32

Can someone tell my why it says a100 on the bottom of my cd32. Its the same sort of label as the a1200 that says a1200 :-?

So if i put a standard os3.9/5 cd in my cd32 it will bood from the cd? :-?

I dont have any expansions as they are rare to find.
but will it just load workbench like a normal amiga without instaling it?
Or is there a special workbench cd for it?
