Correct me if I'm wrong here but all we have seen so far is a mainboard and what looks like a part of a case. Are these the only parts that are going to be available? Is the end buyer going to end up paying extra for HD's, GFX card etc etc?

@ Hyperion

Where's the rest of the parts that make up this super-duper all-singing. all dancing, all-juggling new Amiga computer?

What (if any) GFX card does it come with as standard?
What (if any) size hard drive is fitted as standard?
Does it have a floppy drive (DF0: or A: ) as standard?
Will it ship with an OS? If so, what version?

Will all the above be 'optional extra's'?

There are currently more questions than answers regarding all of this ... Let's see the reverse for a change!

- Why would you expect floppy to be part of a modern computer, because Amiga classic had it?

I would like to see a 3." drive fitted as standard.

If it's a new Amiga then I'd like it to run existing Amiga software (via emulation or whatever) ... Not just off a WHDLoad install or CD but from original Amiga formatted discs too. I have an extensive collection of software on this medium (as do others) and I would like to be able to run it from the disc or at least transfer it to the X1000 via a disc drive.

Why should the end user pay for a Catweasel interface for something that should be so simple to implement in this new fangled thing-a-ma-jig???

I'd also like to see various types of kit's available ... mainboard only or mainboard and GFX card to install in your own case ... If not then why not? Bring the computer to the masses, not only to those who can afford to buy a complete system.
