Oh yes, for you to have a quick whine at Amigakit in a public forum over something that could have been easily solved by contacting them directly for a little bit of CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Now, Amigakit are one of the stalwarts of miggy retailers and those video's of yours just helps them to eventually decide it's no longer worth it to carry on.
If you ask questions, you get answers. Their door is always open for CUSTOMER SUPPORT (got the hint yet???). You'll find the team at Amigakit very approachable and knowledgable should you wish to use their services - even to the point of giving you help on products they don't even sell.
