Not dealt with them personally but a quick google search brings up quite a few complaints from 2007 concerning non-delivery and no contact number, just a PO box.
One report links the site with an individual on Ebay UK, so it would be advisable to go via that than direct as you have some form of protection from Ebay/Paypal.
