You could try RS Components here

Item 303-5324 is similar but not exact. The dome end can be cut off if necessary. Plus its available in different sizes.

Nah mate ... you can order without making an account. You only need to register with them as a non-business customer here

Dremel or sandpaper the standoff's after cutting them :-)
