Okay, in no particular order...

SuperFrog -- puts Super Mario to shame, smooth graphics, awesome sound effects and music to fit each level. Best platformer ever!

The Pawn -- never got into the game, but the title music was hauntingly beautiful

BattleSquadron -- Amazing scrolling shooter, why don't they make them like this anymore?

Hybris -- I believe the prequel to BattleSquadron -- also amazing

Blood Money -- "There's a whole lot more comin'" -- fun music, great graphics. A shame I couldn't make it very far -- just too hard...

SOTB -- Graphics, music, and sounds to amaze! Needed a cheat to beat the dang thing, though

Turrican -- Another I needed a cheat for, but it was fun to just play through to see the sights and hear the music! Unfortunately, I never got Turrican II, but I've heard good things about it!

Zoom! -- Fun, yet simple little game. Ripped off SuperFreak for the title while it did a magic show. Nice.... "Hey, hey, Wow!"

Roadkill -- "Go for the Super Jackpot!" -- Nice the way the music picked up the more "kills" you got. :)

Alien Syndrome -- Can't quite remember the music, but I remember I liked it.

Test Drive I & II -- Both had great music.

Harlequin -- Smooth graphics, sound, and music.

MegaBall -- Add your own music via your mod file collection. Cool idea!

There are tons more, but this is what strikes me off the top of my head....
