I use an XRGB2 for my Amiga.

I converted the JAP-SCART to Euro Scart.  Best converter I have found.  I see a XRGB2+ for sale on Ebay right now.  Not sure the differences between the + and non+ units.  Works well for counsels and 8 bit machines also....
