Most likely not... as when you call SKY to get your box repaired (at least once every two years) and they say they are going to charge you a £65 call out fee, you simply have to say "well I'd like to cancel my susbscription then"...
And bobs your auntie, you get a nice shiny new SKY+ box, no fee and a months free subscription...
(it never fails... :lol:)
Can't wait to see what deal I get when I tell them I don't want to renew my broadband subscription... 
You are right about the call out charge being a bluff mate. They kept sending me letters saying that I needed to insure my Sky+ HD for £15 a month, which I never did. Then when the hard drive packed up they came and fitted a new Sky+HD box for free. The butt heads! :lol:
