Give IconCopy a try. You simply drag and drop the icon you want copied into the left window and then drag the icon you want changed into the right window. It works for both drawer and partition icons 8-)

This screengrab is of CopyIcon44 for OS3.5 & OS3.9, but they work the same :-)

I can't explain why the readme says that. But I've just used IconCopy again myself for both drawers and partitions with .info files. Up to you whether you want to give it a try mate :-)
