Did you run a pirate version of MS DOS and Win 3.xx?

face it... a lot people ran pirated win 3.x because they had to for work or school reasons ... not because they wanted to ! it was an utter piece of junk !

myself I was partially lucky... first job... no choise, at work we ran pirated copies :/ ... at home I stuck to my Amiga 2000 ... second job provided me with a Mac So at least at home I stayed clean    (these days: Mac OS)

That's like choosing one evil over another. I'm not so sure you selected the lesser evil. ;^)

In fact, Apple is looking more and more like big brother, every day.

Linux/Android for the masses. ;^D

I have to agree up to a point, what apple is doing on the phone/pad front does NOT get my approval  at all. I just hope pure Mac OS stays clear of that.

I have a Nokia from work (and detest/refuse a personal mobile) .. but if I had a choice mine would be an Android based phone.
