I could be wrong but...
If the HD got formatted from a 1.2 system, then it's unlikely to have the RDB (Rigid Disk Block) type of format that was introduced in 1.3
In other words.... its quite likely that this harddisk will only be readable when used with the exact original controller it got formatted on.
