Hi people,

Having lurked here for quite some time, now registered.

Got my A2000 in 1990 ( I think... )
GVP 40 Mb drive + 2mb costing me an arm and a leg...
then a 2630 with 2mb and original C= 2320 Flicker Fixer

years later an extra 4 mb + 3.1ks/3.9os

ah .. and last year a Hydra ethernet card which I cannot get to work - sigh

Why did i register ? I guess I'm getting nostalgic... and wish for the simpler world of Amiga  :-)

I wish I knew... the driver sees it, loopback works fine... yet it does not get on "the wire"

I plan to get a replacement tranceiver as everything "before" seems to react fine to any software diag.

I'm using the tcp stack that came with OS 3.9 btw.
The Hydranet card has a BNC connector only and I'm using a media convertor to get to rj-45 cable/switch - this bit seems to work fine (and yes, terminators are correctly installed)
