Thanks!   I am located in Kansas City, Missouri - USA.

The RKM is from 1986.  It says third printing.  I KNOW that it is not the last edition.  It has a white cover with yellow/orange and blue print.

Sure.   Books are pretty heavy, so I would expect that postage would be pretty significant.   Let me know whatyou are interested in and I would be happy to get a price on shipping.
