remove idefix install completely , as it say in its Docs! , remove the string in cd0 etc (devs:dosdrivers/) and remove it in L: etc.
i had to do it a couple years ago , and yes its DAMN annoying to see that requestor popping up.
anyway last resort u could register it , but then again why should you? since u dont use it anymore
