i know of ALOT of people who bnbought second hand elbox stuff AND NONE of em had any problems of getting the registration MOVED , its simple just deliver the reg number to elbox and its a done deal.
but make sure to get the MM CD from the seller, if you dont...then u have to buy that from elbox.
anyway a mediator pci 1200 goes for 80 quid and up normally, depends on the seller i guess + also if there is any extras with it, seen em as high as 300 so
