one advice , remove the old ppc fan and insert a bigger one.., if its started to make noise...then its time to switch it with a better one.
some more tips: make sure the 040/060 is cooled down with a fan aswell and i recmomend a cooling rib aswell, dont use too much coolrpaste (read the manual included with the paste before use).
