I just had the battery replaced on my A3000D so I don't have to worry about acid leakeage for at least another ten years.  Is there anything I need to do to get the machine running again other than reassembling the machine?

[ I have heard about some software known as setbatt (I think that is its name) but I don't know what it is or if I need to use it.]

Prmetime,

As long as you observed ESD precautions while replacing the battery on your motherboard there should be nothing else to do but reassemble your AMIGA.  I've replaced the battery on several A3000 systems and never used the software program you discussed (never heard of it either).
