Try mounting the images as a virtual floppy drive. If you can't see any content there, the disks are either "trackdisks" (i.e. a filesystem only the game can read) or the ADF's are broken.
Alternative: Try viewing the contents of the said ADF in
ADFOpus (for Windows). Do you see any files there?
