Aren't diesel a product of Oil wich in turn is a biproduct of dead animals and plants decomposed over many years? If it's ok to use dead animals as a fuel for explosions in a metal tube constructed to propel the human body forward is it then not ok to use dead animals as a fuel for the human body for it to self propel itself forward? Or do I need to keep it refridgerated a set period of time before this is acceptable?

Well, as a vegetarian (not a vegan, though) I have no issues tanking gasoline on my car.  Liquified dinosaurs, if you will.

The biggest difference, for me, is that they were not kept in cages their entire life, and did not die as a "product" but as free animals.
