I do not like the situation on the t-shirts though. Its way over due.

Well, look at it this way:  With no T-shirt, you won't be advertising to the world that Amiga ripped you off.

What part of the statement that the A1 is high priced and that OS 4 is still in development is confusing you?

They are doing work.  The quality of that work is unknown.

(Edit:  Er, the quality of OS4, I mean).

Great, given that Amiga Inc is apparently not too involved in the development, and they had to pony up their own money to get the projects started.  Again, quality is unknown.  I agree they are doing a good job of getting their products to the market (which is more that what I say about Amiga), but I can't say I like their products very much.  I refuse to buy a PowerPC, and that means I can't have OS4, either.  Damn.

Hyperion, on the other hand, that is a contractor for Amiga, inc. that so far has produced nothing.

You mean, they have RELEASED nothing related to an OS.  They have a good reputation for releasing other Amiga products, and have demonstrated OS4 already.  They HAVE produced something, if you don't mind.

PS - "Are you from Mars" is not what I'd consider to be a personal attack.
