Sure, just write a driver for it and you are away. :)
although I am thinking the speed of that card is gonna suck.
(Oh and it has to support the slower USB speeds as 480mbps is out)

Maplins have sold these things for ages, normally used on laptops for slide shows and stuff

USB bandwidth wise USB2.0 full out should be able to equal a Z2 graphics card with little trouble, that said Ive read these things are only any good for slideshows so...
