well Nintendo have made an Item called wii fit, but hay Amiga had the joyboard 25 years before nintendo was thinking about wii fit
The joyboard was just an 8 direction joystick with a platform on the top was it not?
The wii fit is two (maybe more, one for each corner of the two different platforms) presure sensors.
These deliver a lot more information and can be used for a lot more than just a simple left/right/forward joystick.
Im looking forward to giving the wii fit a try
