Yeah they are big and heavy things, a cardboard box, even double walled, probably wouldnt be enough, I know my RBM Towerhawk would probably need a crate to ship it without risk of damage.

Just curious, why do you want a busted A4KT mobo? Wouldn't a blank board from Vesalia do then?

hehe, Im ahead of you, I already have five of those blank A4000T boards (I got them from a guy on ebay along with a blank 3640 board, I think it was the guy who sold the boards to Vesalia.. maybe)
The problem is the service manual scan aint the best and although there are a few decent photo's on the net of a few sections of the motherboard there isnt enough to do everything... I tried. (I could have tried harder I guess)

So get a dead A4KT board and copy it is the next step.
Or as its turns out, buy a nice A4000T from an a.org member in the US with a dead IDE port and a missing front door then ship it over to the UK by USPS.
Taking bets on condition on arrival! :-o
