How about one of those mini keyboards for PDA's
(like this)In a more Amiga style, with an MMC card slot on the right hand side as well as some 9pin D Subs (or those mini HD9 D subs)
Make it look like a real tiny Amiga.
That said the link above to a minimac type design is very cool too.
