The best place I know is
orcalogic.co.uk who still sell a wide range of 30 pin Simms, including 16MB modules for only £4.47, so if you ever found one of those nice 256Meg upgrades for the fastlane you could take it to the max. :-)
The next step down is 4MB though, and you dont save a penny. (Although, the fastlane wont work with 16MB simms without the 256Meg upgrade)
All come with a lifetime warranty, which aint bad for a fiver.
