Bringing Amiga 2000 back to life

My buddy is bringing his 2000 back to life. Got a sticking point..... mouse tracking and left button do not work. Right button does work. What fault on the motherboard is a likely culprit?

Thanks, guys. Yes, mouse itself is known good. So we'll check the little fuses and CIA chips.
