So I got my A4000 to read the hard drive again. It is booting off it well enough and all that jazz. I can still not get it to recognise another HD. I suspect this is because I've got the jumper settings all wrong. Got to dig the specs out on that one.:-)
I need to know what is the easiest way to tell the speed and processor type on my A4000. Thanks for the time. Once upon a time I used to know a small amount of stuff about the Amiga. I forgot it all after working on PCs for too long.
One other thing. If I have an old IDE internal mount CD-ROM drive, can it be hooked up to the A4000? If not, What is it going to take to get a CD-ROM to work with the thing.
