150-120ns is deadly slow modules. Even on my a500 (rev8a1) the ram modules is 80ns. I put some extra 70ns ram to it, and working fine together.
But if you want to know correctly, try google. I done it several times, so you got to do this.
Or somebody has got some very nice webpage about old memory modules...
