Full scans of Volumes 1 and 2 of the SAS/C Development System 6.5 manuals are online now -- User's Guide and Library Reference. Folks doing development in SAS/C without these guides hopefully will find these docs enlightening. Previously there seems to have been some plaintext versions available, but these are closer to the source.
