Back to Amiga World.. and lost
« on: October 23, 2006, 12:09:29 AM »
Hi!

Here's one more guy who returned to real computing.
I started to use Amiga age of 12, and it was the kick off, of my future and now present career has a hardware technician. I still have my muse a AMIGA600, which i upgraded at that time with a Apollo 020 turbo with 4mb, a 1mb expansion slot, and a amazing 60meg harddrive. Later one the 60meg Hdd, was replaced by one of 1gb and a creative cdrom, all connected outside the box. Time went by, floppy died , the leds somehow vanished.. rom was abducted and returned a MX version, the case ruined from experiments and so on... Ok so now im back to square 0, i need a new drive, leds, a case, a harddrive, and wondering where do i get a apollo 030 the stable version not the one that used to toast cpu.
I also take suggestions for buying and upgrade a A1200, or a 4000 if there is any for sale.
