Not only do I object to Microsoft having carte blanche to store what they like on my HD (especially considering their abysmal security record), I find the idea of their deciding what I may or may not watch/listen to/read on my computer more than objectionable.
Agreed. And all these messages bring back another point I made earlier when people were first talking about this Pallidium thing (it's quite old news, but still controversial). M$ wants to add hardware security because even they know that all of their software is full of bugs and security problems. So, they need the hardware piece to help plug them all !!
