l have 2 other 1200 and both my 2/12 hd have gone south too damm never used to have that . what l sugest is you but your install disk boot up from that run hdtools . hopefully it find the hd then format the dh0: or boot partion make sure when you run partion hd you see that first partion has bootable selected . id just format your boot partion and re install your wb from floppy disk once you get that sorted try saving what on your other partion then .. if you need any help just let me know . l have salaved my wb 3.0 didsks so can help you. l had to go through alot to get my 1200 going again but you can get there
