AmiKit with OS3.9

Hmmpff..:!   Wenn i run AmiKit it asks me for
AmigaOS3.9, and wenn I insert it, it says it again...

With Retry Cancel option... Why ?!

I have the Rom Files, and the AmigaOS3.9 cd has all files ?
