Try searching ebay with a "worldwide" as opposed to "ship to my location" search.
I got mine (200Mhz) from a German dude who was only willing to ship to Germany, but when I offered to pay insured priority mail he capitulated and posted to Australia.
The krauts are reluctant to sell outside the Fatherland for some reason, but it's worth checking - especially since that's where most of the Cyberstorm units seem to get listed.
