('type 1 for technical support... beep... you are now back in the main menu') - or has no clue of what they should support (customer: 'php scripts cannot be executed.' - service: 'sorry, but we dont give support for php scripts' customer: 'no, its not about the script itself. its about server configuration, please enable php.' service: 'eeeeeehm... please stand by once more, i'll ask the technical department again...')
