I think the "official title" has far less meaning in 2012 than it did in 1992.  Let's face it, years of non-development have left all the Amiga-like OSs as hobby OSs.  There's not one that has a hope of commercial viability.  Just love the OSs you love and be happy with it.

Yes, right now I am using AROS more and Classic less.  If the netbook turns out to be real I'll buy it and try OS4.  I also have MOS running on a Mac Mini.  But in the end, MOS, OS4 and AROS are shadows of what Amiga was.  They aren't cutting edge, aren't innovative and aren't combinations of well tuned hardware and software.  It's all pure nostalgia.

@Digiman Forward thinking isn't going to come out of the Amiga crowd, they scream if even the outdated and confusing idea of a "snapshot" is set to off by default. There'll be no innovation here.
