Amiga Inc's site has not been updated since 01 February.  Amiga Development India has a copyright date of 2005 and it's las news item is 22 Sept 2006.  So my guess is that with settlement Amiga Inc will sail into the sunset, if there's anyone left to even attend the court case that is and the haven't already sailed in to the sunset...
