Have you read the court papers? They read like a bad soap opera. Everone is dancing around trying to avoid bankruptcy and passing Amiga IP like a hot potato. No wonder everybody is confused.
Why doesn't Hyperion produce Moana? IF they're right, Moana is legit and they get to keep the profit. If Hyperion are wrong they're toast anyway...
