I would guess it is one of the Scala units, but I can't seem to find a picture right now. Plus, I have found references to both A1200 and CD32 Scala rackmount systems. I'm not far from Reston, Virginia where SCALA U.S. was based in Amiga days, and I know someone who worked there in the day, I'll try to find out more.

Interesting, can't say I recognize that one. Maybe an individual hardware hacker with a really good machine shop in the basement? :)
