Also be sure to check your local thrift stores and flea markets. I haven't been to a flea market in years where there wasn't at least some variety of Amiga for a lot less than you could pick it up on Ebay or from a "collector". When I lived in Orlando there was a big thrift store that had a couple A1000s, A2000s, and a box of A500s for $5 apiece.

Come to Florida! This store in Orlando was located down off Oak Ridge Rd. and OBT in an old Winn Dixie. They had an entire row dedicated to electronics, it was awesome! Unfortunately it's gone, but we have some great flea markets around here. The one in Webster is usually good for retro systems, so is the one on West 50 in Orlando.
