Gee, maybe McBill should have gotten the approval *before* starting the ball rolling on the whole deal, huh?

But, from that article, it looks like the Kent people are playing hard ball and are threatening to not go forward with construction if Amiga doesn't pay early.

Not really, they say they will simply find another company to deal with. They would probably just go to the second highest bidder if AInc. fails to show. I wouldn't be surprised if Kent is already in communication with whoever the backup funder is.

I guess it's a safe bet that nobody from Kent was ever given a demo of the Amiga pizza-ordering technology, either.
