I have a feeling that this part is one of the reasons why no one is getting a license. They dont want AmigaOS4 being confused with AmigaAnywhere which they have also named AmigaOS in some of their press releases.
It wouldn't be a surprise to find that is part of the reason. At the same time I have to wonder why Hyperion was so anxious to use the Amiga name in their OS in the first place, and why they apparently insist on keeping it now.
