To sum up!

A Sirius Genlock ''clean'' purchased whith nothing
all led and buttons it work! whithout a connection
i can fading the channels and use the color correction
but not the croma\luma and other cool function
i have added:
a SiriusII.dmg ,found on net (his drivers and software)
a 12V(220V for Italy) 1000mA Power supply (recover from other videomixer)
for video i have build and adapter RGB>VGA Semplified (only shield cable and adapters)
similar at aminet scheme for connect the Ami at PC monitor ,but without circuit and resistors

null modem... .mmm is far off of serial
i have tryed your pinout,i have swaped the pin 2 data receive to pin 3 transmit data ...
Doesn't work
i think ...(to conclude)the responce are 2:
1 my genlock are failing (buyed a fake)
2 yes..it's a very special cable (**** thanks Electronic design) to resolve A: crash my genlock whith hammer
B: i find a serious assistance center (are one on Milan)
