I did that too and mainly with MOS or the A1 with Linux. Here's the trick. On my WinXP box I have a modem so that one dails in. Then I install AnalogX proxy on WinXP. It's free and can be found at:
http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/proxy.htm This one is good since you can also chat on Amiga.org channel. Some proxies will cause it not the work. In order to chat you need to install an extra program called SocksCap. But that is all explained in the info. But this setup works for me just fine. And soon this will be tested with my A1 and OS4.
