Sure, a new AMOS written from scratch that encompassed all that is good about modern Amigas would be fantastic, but I really think the "old" AMOS should be left to die.

I disagree. You cannot kill something so wonderfull. :-)

But serious, the new Amos path will succeed. Trust me.
