It sounds certainly like a MKII to me, but you will definately be able to tell by the lack of scanlines.
I haven't tested exactly how high mine can overclock, but it can do 266MHz no problems.
AFAIK, there's also been another model after the standard MKII that puts out 5V on the EXT port instead of 3.3V.
